1/4 cup buffalo sauce (Franks or RedHot)
1 tablespoon fat-free mayo
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 lb. cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 tablespoon light blue cheese or ranch dressing
2 cups romaine lettuce, diced
4-6 tortillas
1/2 cup mashed avocado
1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce, mayo, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over cooked chicken breast. Set aside.
Prepare wraps by spreading a thin layer of mashed avocado and blue cheese or ranch dressing on tortillas. Layer with chicken, lettuce and cheese.
Wrap tightly and serve with a side of hot sauce or dressing as desired.
