Classic Cobb Salad

A colorful cobb salad on a plate.
INGREDIENTS

2 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
1 bag (8 oz) mixed salad greens
1 cup cooked & sliced chicken breast
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
½ large avocado, sliced
1 Roma tomato, sliced
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 mini-cucumber, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Line ingredients over bed of greens and serve with a low-calorie dressing of choice.
