INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup @Franks hot sauce
1/2 pkg Neufchâtel cheese
1 Tbsp Bolthouse farms low-calorie ranch dressing
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
Small flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese, green onion, diced tomato (optional toppings)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a crock pot place chicken, Neufchâtel cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce – turn on low 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours (stirring and shredding chicken during final cooking hour).
Place shredded chicken in a tortilla with desired toppings.
