INGREDIENTS
Round Steak, sliced thin
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 yellow bell pepper sliced thin
1 red bell pepper sliced thin
1 small onion sliced thin
1/4 cup liquid aminos (soy sauce)
1 tsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1.5 tablespoon corn starch – dissolved in water
1 tsp sriracha
Green onion and sesame seeds to garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet over medium heat add oil. Add steak strips and cook approximately 5 minutes until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetables and sauté for approximately 3-5 minutes. Add liquid aminos, honey, red wine vinegar, sriracha & corn starch – cook until sauce thickens.
Garnish with green onions and serve over rice.
