Thai Noodle Bowl

INGREDIENTS

6 oz. cooked linguini noodles

1 cup coleslaw mix, pre-bagged

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped honey roasted peanuts (optional) 

SAUCE:

1/4 cup liquid aminos 

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2  teaspoons minced garlic

Red pepper flakes (optional if you like a hint of heat) 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat, combine ingredients for sauce – stirring frequently. Mix in coleslaw mix, stir until cooked down and softened.

Add noodles, green onion, cilantro and peanuts (optional) and serve immediately.
