INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup low-fat milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar (Swerve)
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 Tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
1 small cucumber sliced
1 bag of mixed greens
Sliced candied almonds (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor, combine first 6 ingredients. Place mixed greens in a bowl with feta, cucumber and sliced almonds.
Serve with Strawberry Poppy Seed Dressing.
