INGREDIENTS
1 (8 oz. Pkg) cream cheese softened
1 cup deli corned or roast beef coarsely chopped
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8oz) can sauerkraut drained well
1/4 cup light Mayo
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Thousand Island dressing (for drizzle on top)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Spread mixture into a baking dish. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Drizzle Thousand Island Dressing over top. Serve with Triscuit crackers or rye chips.
