INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) package tri-color cooked rotini pasta
1 Roma tomato, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup petite sliced pepperoni
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup light Italian-style salad dressing
Just before serving:
2 Tbsp light-ranch dressing
1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients together in a large bowl. Allow pasta to marinate in Italian dressing for 1 hour in refrigerator. Just before serving mix in ranch dressing and add chopped romaine.
