INGREDIENTS
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups arborio rice
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- Splash dry white wine
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon
- Fresh parsley and basil for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté onions with olive oil until soft and translucent.
Add all ingredients into your pressure cooker – cover and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with fresh basil & parsley.
