Homemade S’mores Granola

INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients:
4 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup almonds chopped or slivered
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Crumbled graham cracker pieces (about 2 crackers)

Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar (swerve)
1/8 cup vanilla extract

Extras: Mini marshmallows and chocolate morsels 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Set aside.

In a large stock pot, add all the wet ingredients, bring to a boil stirring often. Be careful not to over boil. Let mixture cool until lukewarm. Pour wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and thoroughly mix together.

Pour mixture onto a baking sheet and press granola so it is flat – try to avoid layering for extra crispy results.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and firm. Once cool, crumble and add marshmallows and chocolate morsels.
Store in an airtight container or plastic bag.
