Halloween Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (I used @nerdy_nuts)
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp maple syrup
Handful of Reese’s pieces
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine dry ingredients first. Incorporate remaining ingredients into mixture and begin forming balls 1-inch in diameter. Place on parchment paper in a covered container and let sit in the refrigerator approximately 30 minutes and serve.

**Tip**
The mixture will be very sticky to work with, put a drop of olive oil in your palms before molding.
