Balsamic Steak Salad

Healthy Chicken Salad

A bowl of prepared chicken salad.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup cooked & shredded chicken
1/3 cup light mayo
2 tablespoon Greek plain yogurt
1/3 cup red or green grapes, diced
½ green apple, finely diced
¼ cup celery, finely diced
Squeeze of lemon
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve on a romaine lettuce leaf or slice of bread.
