INGREDIENTS
1 (29 oz) can chickpeas, drained
2 tsp minced garlic or 2 cloves
4 oz Tahini paste
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp water
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with pita bread, cucumbers, carrots and fresh vegetables of your choice. Add a squeeze of lemon on top before serving.
