INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp Jerk Chicken Seasoning (I used Pampered Chef)
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp no-sugar added barbecue sauce
1 lb chicken breasts, thighs or wings
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Use paper towels to pat chicken dry of excess moisture. Use fork to poke holes on all sides of chicken. Set aside.
Brush chicken with olive oil and barbecue sauce followed by jerk seasoning.
Place on a foil lined baking sheet in the oven for about 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
