2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
6 teaspoons fat-free ranch dressing
6 slices of reduced-fat provolone cheese
1 cup ranch style croutons
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large lightly sprayed baking dish, lay chicken breasts in a single layer.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread ranch dressing evenly across all chicken breasts.
Place provolone slices over chicken breasts.
Crush croutons in a ziplock bag. Melt butter in a medium bowl – add crushed croutons – stir to coat.
Sprinkle croutons across chicken and bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
