Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef or Turkey (90% lean)
4 ounces cooked low-carb elbow macaroni
1/4 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
2 tablespoons no-sugar ketchup
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
Diced pickles
Diced tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions:
Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat – 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink; crumble and drain.
Stir in cooked macaroni, broth, ketchup, seasoning, mustard, onion powder, and cheese; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce, pickles and tomatoes.
