INGREDIENTS
4 cups cooked cavatappi pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup homemade pesto
🌱2 cups fresh basil leaves
🌱2 Tbsp pine nuts
🌱2 garlic cloves
🌱1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
🌱1/2 cup grated Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil, shallot and garlic. Cook until soft and translucent. Add halved tomatoes, cooked pasta and pesto sauce. Turn until pasta is fully coated with pesto.
