INGREDIENTS
1 cup diced yellow onion
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery ribs
2 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP olive oil
2 tsp Italian dressing seasoning blend
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
2 cans cannelloni beans drained and rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup orzo
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients into a large pot – bring to a boil and reduce heat, allow to simmer.
