INGREDIENTS
3-4 Lb. Beef Chuck Roast
DRY RUB:
Tbsp brown sugar
1Tbsp paprika
1 Tsp garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp dried oregano
BBQ SAUCE
1 cup BBQ sauce of choice
1/2 beef broth
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine dry rub spices – rub into meat on all sides.
Combine BBQ sauce & broth into the bottom of a lined crock pot.
Place meat over top and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
Serve on its own or on a bun.
