Reese’s Pudding Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup salted butter softened

3/4 cup brown sugar (swerve)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 box (3.4 ounces) Instant sugar free Vanilla pudding mix

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup Reese’s pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, both sugars, pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Beat on medium speed with a stand or hand-electric mixer until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Slowly add flour mixture to large mixing bowl. Mix on low speed until just combined.  Hand stir in the Reese’s Pieces.

Form cookie mixture into small dough balls and arrange on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
