Avocado Hummus

A bowl of avocado hummus served with chips
INGREDIENTS

1 can chick peas, drained
2 tsp. minced garlic
4 oz. Tahini paste
1/2 avocado
lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp water
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with Kibo lentil chips. Add a squeeze of lemon on top before serving.
