Honey Glazed Pineapple

INGREDIENTS

1 pineapple

1/4 cup of honey

1 Tbsp of lime juice

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 Tbsp of butter

1 Tbsp of brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove exterior and slice pineapple into spears.

Combine honey, lime juice, and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Using a pastry brush, spread honey over pineapple spears.

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, lay pineapple spears side by side on the prepared tray.

Melt butter & stir in brown sugar to make a glaze.  Coat pineapple spears with glaze.

Broil for 7-10 minutes (monitor to avoid burning).

Serve as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
