INGREDIENTS
1 (12 oz) box tri-color rotini pasta
1/2 cup light Italian salad dressing (more as needed)
1 Roma or tomato, diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook noodles according to box directions. Rinse and allow to cool.
Add diced tomato, cucumber and black olives. Pour 1/2 cup Italian dressing over noodles, mix together.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper over salad and add additional Italian dressing before serving as needed.
