Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

A tray of veggies and crackers with a bowl of buffalo chicken dip.
INGREDIENTS

3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
2 (8oz) packages Neufchâtel cheese, softened
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ packet Ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese, divided

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a pan over medium heat.
Mix cream cheese, yogurt, and ranch dressing in pan. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
Once everything is melted and combined, place mixture in a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

Serve with your choice of vegetables, crackers, or pita bread.
