2 cups Brussels sprouts
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
3 strips of bacon – cooked and crumbled
***I used Pink Himalayan Salt with Garlic & Black Pepper seasoning
You can either cook these in your oven or in an air fryer.
Cut off ends of the Brussels sprouts, remove any yellow or dark leaves and cut in half.
Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Toss to coat.
Air Fryer: Place coated brussels sprouts in air fryer for 8-12 minutes – removing basket half way to circulate brussels sprouts.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place Brussels sprouts on parchment paper on a baking sheet & bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and crisp. Check every 5 minutes to avoid them from burning.
Serve topped with bacon.
