Pumpkin Hummus

INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp kosher salt
1/3 cup tahini paste
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
2 large lemons juiced
1 tsp olive oil
Paprika for garnish
Vegetables of choice for dipping
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a large food processor. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil – top with paprika. Serve with vegetables of choice.
