INGREDIENTS
Bottom layer
¼ cup Greek plain yogurt
1/3 cup frozen Blueberries
½ frozen banana
½ tsp honey
Middle Layer:
1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
¼ cup Coconut whipped topping
½ frozen banana
1 tsp honey
Top Layer:
¼ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup frozen cherries
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine each layer of ingredients in a blender and pour into a jar. To avoid the colors from bleeding together, don’t overfill the bottom. Slowly pour each layer – the bottom will rise when the top layer is poured.
