INGREDIENTS
For one mason jar:
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup (depending how sweet you prefer)
Optional: 1 scoop protein powder of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and store in fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
