1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 + 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup low-fat milk
1/4 cup dehydrated marshmallow bits
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine oats, graham cracker crumbs and salt. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for about 1 minute or until melted.
Stir together wet mixture and dry mixture. Once this is well combined, add in milk.
Slowly stir in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Be sure mixture completely cooled down as the marshmallows and chocolate may melt.
Form mixture into bite-sized balls and place on wax paper.
Store balls in a gallon baggie.
You can place these either in the refrigerator or freezer.
