Roasted Chickpea Salad

Green Goddess Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup mixed herbs of choice; I used parsley and cilantro
1 avocado chopped
1 + ½ tablespoons chopped chives
2 tablespoons lime juice, plus ½ teaspoon zest
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor, combine ingredients until well combined.

Season to taste.

Serve as dip or toss with salad greens.

Dressing Serves 3-4
