Eggnog Banana Smoothie

A glass of eggnog smoothie with sprinkled with cinnamon on top.
INGREDIENTS

2 cups eggnog (homemade or store-bought)
1 frozen banana
1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of ice
1-2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Top with fat-free whipped cream (optional) and a dash of nutmeg. Serves 2-3.
