Butterfly Shrimp with Bang-Bang Sauce

Searching for a holiday or game-day appetizer look no more. Gorton’s Seafood makes it super easy to whip up the perfect platter in just a matter of minutes. This sweet and tangy bang-bang sauce pairs perfectly with Gorton’s crispy butterfly shrimp.

Made with Neufchâtel cheese, Sriracha and a sweet Chili sauce this appetizer is a sure-win for your next get together!

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Gortons Butterfly Shrimp
1 (8 oz) block of Neufchâtel or cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
3 tsp Sriracha sauce
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sliced green onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat over to 450 degrees.
Cook shrimp as directed.
Meanwhile, using a mixture – beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add Sriracha, Mayo, sweet chili sauce and rice vinegar, mix until well incorporated.
Place dip in a small porcelain ramekin and into the oven along with shrimp during the last 5 minutes of cooking to warm.
