INGREDIENTS
For the Dressing:
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp Olive oil
For the Salad:
1 bag mixed greens
3 medium honey crisp apples, sliced thin
1/3 cup honey roasted sliced almonds
1/3 cup crumbled Feta cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor, combine Maple Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Kosher salt and Ground black pepper.
Slowly add olive oil and mix.
In a large bowl toss mixed greens with apples, almonds, dressing and feta cheese. Serve with or without protein of choice.
